Um jovem de 26 anos, foi morto durante uma abordagem no último sábado ( 15 de março ), em Barueri (SP) . A ação foi registrada por pessoas que passaram pelo local e gerou grande repercussão.
O caso aconteceu na Avenida Petrobrás , no bairro Jardim Mutinga , próximo ao km 19,5 da Rodovia Castelo Branco . De acordo com as imagens gravadas, os policiais tentam imobilizar o homem, que segura o cano da arma de um dos agentes. Neste momento, o outro policial efetuou um tiro no abdome da vítima , que caiu ao chão.
Nas imagens gravadas, é possível ver que um dos PMs imobilizou o homem, segurando-o pelos braços, enquanto o outro agente desferiu diversos socos e um chute na região do estômago.
A câmera do vídeo se afasta da cena, mas é possível ouvir outros dois tiros sendo disparados. O homem foi socorrido e levado ao Pronto-Socorro do Parque Imperial , mas não resistiu aos ferimentos .
Versão dos policiais
Os agentes alegaram que estavam em patrulhamento de rotina, quando avistaram dois indivíduos confusos em um veículo. Segundo eles, ao perceberem a presença da polícia, Lucas tentou fugi , mas foi capturado logo em seguida.
Na versão apresentada, o jovem teria tentado pegar a arma de um dos policiais durante a abordagem, o que motivou os disparos.
Segundo a Secretaria da Segurança Pública (SSP), os policiais foram afastados de suas funções. Em depoimento na delegacia, os PMs justificaram que o rapaz resistiu a abordagem, entrou em luta corporal e tentou pegar a arma do agente.
No entanto, o dono do veículo afirmou que a vítima apenas o ajudava com um problema elétrico no carro e que, ao ver a viatura, correu e pulou um muro sem motivo aparente. Ele ainda disse que “a vítima trabalhava normalmente e que não tinha nenhum tipo de envolvimento com o crime”.
