Prefeitura lança aplicativo para facilitar acesso de estudantes a serviços de transporte público

Com intuito de proporcionar uma nova experiência tecnológica – com serviços e funcionalidades -, a estudantes e gestores de escolas da capital, a Prefeitura de Manaus, por meio do Instituto Municipal de Mobilidade Urbana (IMMU), em parceria com o Sindicato das Empresas de Transporte de Passageiros do Amazonas (Sinetram), lançou, na manhã desta terça-feira, 3/12, o aplicativo “Sou Estudante Manaus”. A cerimônia de lançamento foi realizada na escola municipal Vicente de Paula, no bairro Japiinlândia, zona Sul da cidade.

O aplicativo promete modernizar o acesso aos serviços de transporte público, simplificando a vida de milhares de estudantes. Entre suas principais funcionalidades está a possibilidade de verificar se o aluno possui o cartão PassaFácil Estudantil e, caso não o tenha, permitir a solicitação gratuita diretamente pelo aplicativo. O usuário pode optar pela retirada do cartão em terminais ou solicitar entrega em casa, com pagamento de taxa de envio.
Além disso, o app facilita a solicitação de segunda via de documentos de forma online e oferece recursos para os responsáveis por estudantes menores de 13 anos gerirem os cadastros.

A nova ferramenta possibilita identificar se o aluno possui o cartão PassaFácil Estudantil e, em caso negativo, permite a solicitação gratuitamente, com a opção de retirada em terminais ou entrega em casa, com taxa de envio. Além disso, o aplicativo facilita a emissão da primeira e segunda via online. O aplicativo já pode ser baixado direto nos celulares com sistema Android e, em breve, estará disponível para IOS.

De acordo com o diretor-presidente do IMMU, Paulo Henrique Martins, a ferramenta torna o transporte público mais conectado ao alunos e pais. “Estamos oferecendo agora, para a população, o aplicativo ‘Sou Estudante Manaus’. Esse é um aplicativo pelo qual cada estudante vai poder controlar, saber quanto ele tem de passagem, solicitar a gratuidade, os pais vão poder fazer o controle e você vai poder fazer toda solicitação, compra, tudo pelo aplicativo sem precisar sair de casa, sem precisar ir ao Sinetram. Então, ele facilita a vida das pessoas, dos estudantes, dos alunos, facilita a vida dos pais para fazer um controle mais efetivo. É a Prefeitura de Manaus avançando para que você tenha um dia a dia melhor”, enfatizou Paulo Henrique.

Praticamente todo o atendimento para estudantes poderá ser feito pelo aplicativo “Sou Estudante Manaus” e o deslocamento a locais de atendimento não será mais necessário.

Um alerta importante é que as escolas, cursos livres e faculdades terão que fazer o recadastramento para garantir o direito dos estudantes a meia-passagem. As escolas devem fazer o cadastro no novo sistema pelo site: http://souestudante.sinetram.com.br . Para fazer o cadastramento, é necessário seguir estes passos: administrativo/esqueci a senha/entrar com o CNPJ da instituição e realizar a atualização do cadastro.

A secretária municipal de Educação, Dulce Almeida, destacou o trabalho conjunto das pastas em benefício da população. “Isso é extremamente importante e só corrobora com aquela fala do nosso prefeito David, que a prefeitura toda trabalha para o bem comum da nossa sociedade manauara. Então, os amigos do IMMU pensaram nesse aplicativo que vai dar mais segurança para as crianças e para as suas famílias também que vão poder acompanhar. É fantástico”, destacou a secretária.

No caso das escolas da rede pública municipal e estadual, o cadastro dos alunos no sistema do Sinetram já é feito de forma automática, o que garante aos alunos o direito ao passe-livre para os estudantes que moram a mais de um quilômetro da escola, e meia-passagem para os demais.

Sempre ligados a novas tecnologias o aplicativo foi sucesso entre os alunos. É o caso da estudante Samantha Esquerdo, 14 anos, que aprovou a novidade. “Eu adorei o aplicativo ‘Sou Estudante Manaus’! Ele irá facilitar muito a minha vida. Agora eu consigo consultar meus créditos e acompanhar o saldo do meu cartão estudantil de um jeito super-rápido e prático. É muito bom para a gente que depende do transporte público. Está aprovado!”, elogiou.

Serviços

Outro destaque é a funcionalidade, que permite aos pais ou responsáveis gerir os cadastros de estudantes. O aplicativo também oferece a conveniência de solicitar mensalmente os créditos de gratuidade para alunos das redes públicas de ensino e a meia-passagem para estudantes de escolas privadas, eliminando a necessidade de deslocamento aos postos do Sinetram, exceto em casos específicos, como bloqueios por biometria.

Ao entrar com o login e senha, o estudante terá acesso à página do Perfil completo onde, pelo aplicativo, será possível o estudante visualizar todas as suas informações, fazer atualização de fotos e dados. Por meio do aplicativo também será possível solicitar mensalmente os créditos da gratuidade de alunos das redes municipal e estadual de ensino.

O aplicativo “Sou Estudante Manaus” também terá a opção de compra de crédito de meia-passagem estudantil para estudantes de escolas privadas, universidades e cursos livres.

Benefícios
O “Sou Estudante Manaus” foi desenvolvido para reduzir a burocracia e evitar deslocamentos desnecessários até os postos do Sinetram. Através do aplicativo, será possível:
Solicitar créditos de gratuidade para alunos da rede pública e meia-passagem para estudantes de escolas particulares;
Acompanhar e gerenciar o cadastro de estudantes menores de 13 anos;
Eliminar a necessidade de ida presencial ao Sinetram, exceto em casos específicos, como bloqueios por biometria.
Lançamento
Durante o evento, representantes da prefeitura irão detalhar as funcionalidades do aplicativo em uma coletiva de imprensa. A ferramenta marca um avanço na digitalização dos serviços municipais e reafirma o compromisso da Prefeitura de Manaus em facilitar o acesso ao transporte público para estudantes da capital.

Com essa iniciativa, espera-se que o aplicativo se torne um aliado importante para os estudantes e seus responsáveis, promovendo maior comodidade e eficiência no dia a dia.
